Wooden Door Hangers:
All of the kids at your party will have a blast as they create their own custom door hangers as a keepsake party favor. The birthday child can pick the theme that we custom cut for them. The party price of $285 includes instruction, the use of our smocks and the use of our party room.
Cost: $285 (covers UP TO 10 children-this is a base price, so the same price for 6 children as it is for 10)
We do not allow adults to paint during the children’s birthday party. We are providing an experience for your child and we like to concentrate on making it special for them.

Ceramics:
Our Ceramics Birthday Parties are FULL of Fun!! Your child’s guests will pick from a selection of Ceramic Figurines. There are choices for boys and girls. They will paint with Glaze, and you leave the pieces with us to Fire in our Kiln. Pickup is within a week at the studio. We contact you when the pieces are ready for pickup. It’s up to you if the guests pick up individually, or you are welcome to pick up and distribute.
Cost: $325 (Covers UP TO 10 children-this is a base price, so the same price for 6 children as it is for 10)

Tea-Party
We LOVE our Tea Parties!! Here’s what’s included! Your child and their guests will paint ceramic cups and saucers. Cups and Saucers are painted with a Glaze and Fired in our Kiln. Pickup is within a week after the Party. We provide a Tea Party “Feel” (Deco) in our studio, but feel free to bring other deco to go along with the theme.

Create Your Own Trucker Hat Party
We will supply a selection of Trucker Hats, Patches of all styles and sizes, Rhinestones and Pom Poms! Your guests will spend time designing their hat and we will professionally attach the patches to the hat. We will offer personalization (hand lettered) if the guests wants that. Everything is included in the party price.
Cost $375 (Covers up to 10 children-this is a base price, so it’s the same price for 6 children, as it is for 10)
Adults are not included in this price. If an adult would like to make one, they can. The cost is $45 for hat, 4-5 patches and personalization.

Gather a group of your closest friends, bring premade appetizers/beverages, we have a full kitchen with refrigerator to help host the perfect party. We have samples of many designs for you to choose from. You'll leave with a masterpiece — no craftiness required!
Adult parties require a minimum of 6 people with a maximum of 15 people, for in studio parties (our location). Door Hangers are $45 each. This includes the wooden shape, the paint and supplies, aprons, instruction and personalization.
We are happy for you to bring in light snacks, however, for full meals there is a clean up fee of $50 that will be due the day of the event.
Need us to come to you? No problem! We do travel for larger groups. (There is a minimal travel fee and a larger minimum required with payment for travel parties. Call us at 205-253-2984 for more information.)
Cost: $45 (door hangers) Extras, such as. burlap bows, greenery, etc, are an additional fee of $3-$15 depending on what you need

Invite the guests of the bride to paint for her. Prior to the party, the bride will select an assortment of door hangers for all seasons. We make a special memory for her to remember each season of the year!
Cost: $45 per person (6-person minimum; ideal party number is 10-15)-Pictured, with Greenery, $55
Open Paint is a fun time to come alone or with friends to paint from our studio selection without having to plan a private party. Open Paint is announced on our Facebook Group Page. Be sure to "like" our page when you get there!
Ceramics are always an option during our Open Paint classes or Private Events. Prices range from $35-130 and all inclusive. We do not charge an additional firing or sitting fee.
Party Policies & Disclaimers
Inclement Weather:
We may close due to inclement weather for some or all of the following reasons:
Roads are closed in Pelham, AL or any of the surrounding areas.
We feel it is unsafe for our employees to travel to or from Party Art.
Local meteorologists are encouraging no travel.
In the case of inclement weather, we will reschedule your party with no loss of deposit. Reschedules will never be made without informing you prior to that decision. We cannot reschedule parties due to rain or due to family or guests having trouble arriving at our studio. If you feel like you need to reschedule due to weather unrelated to warnings or road closings, we will be happy to work with you within 24 hours of the party. Reschedules will require the loss of deposit and there will be a new deposit charged at reschedule. Parties cancelled within 24 hours due to issues unrelated to weather will be charged half of the party price.
disclaimer:
Acrylic paint dries quickly. However, we take pride in helping each customer complete their work with enhancements that may take longer to dry. We explain this in each case. Due to certain weather conditions, your artwork may not be completely dry when you leave. We are not responsible for artwork that is smeared or destroyed once you leave our studio.
We highly recommend guests wear clothing that they don't mind getting dirty. Acrylic paint is not washable, and we cannot replace clothing.
If an event scheduled does not meet our 6 person minimum, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule.

Party Policies:
Our parties start promptly at the time scheduled, and we try to end close to the time we estimate it will take for your group to paint. We understand traffic and work schedules can delay your arrival. However, group arrivals later than 15 minutes after your scheduled party time will shorten your paint time.
We are not responsible for rescheduling or completing unfinished work due to late arrivals.
We take pride in helping each person leave with a beautiful piece of art you'll treasure for years. This takes time. Please be aware that we staff according to the number of people in your party. We hope you expect nothing less, so please be patient with us as we work individually with each customer.
We have allotted a certain amount of time (depending on group size) for painting only. You are welcome to bring food and drinks. However, we do not include additional time for that in our party price. If you would like to rent the studio for additional time, this must be done when the reservation is made. Reservations for additional time require an additional fee and will be allowed if space and time are available.
We reserve the right to refuse drawing, painting, or helping you create anything that makes us uncomfortable.
We control the sound system in our studio and we reserve the right to choose the music selections we play in the studio at the time of your party. Requests can be made at the time of your party.
